springs east hampton

Well, you know, Springs East Hampton, that’s a place, it is. Houses and such, they’re selling ’em there. Big ones, small ones, all sorts. Heard they got some with lots of land, like 0.46 acres or even 0.54. Can you imagine? That’s a lot of space to sweep, I tell ya.

Some of them houses, they got lots of bedrooms, like 4 or even 7! Who needs that many? Must be for all them city folks with their big families. And bathrooms too, 2, 3, 4… imagine cleaning all that tile! My old knees would give out for sure.

Prices? Don’t even get me started. Millions they’re asking, like 3 million, 4 million. Who’s got that kind of money? Not me, that’s for sure. But I guess some folks do, otherwise they wouldn’t be selling ’em for that much, right?

They got studios, too. Don’t know what you’d do with just a studio, seems kinda cramped. But hey, to each their own.
Then there’s these single-family homes. That’s what most folks want, I reckon. A place to call your own, raise a family.

People are always lookin’ to buy in Springs, I hear. Zillow, Compass, they all got listings. Folks are house huntin’, tryin’ to find their dream home. Some want a fireplace, some want a big yard. Everyone’s got their own idea of what’s nice.

There’s this place, Fort Pond Boulevard, they’re selling a house there. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Not too big, not too small. Just right, maybe. But still, over a million dollars! It’s a lot of money, I tell ya.

They got luxury homes too, for them fancy folks. Don’t know what makes a home “luxury,” probably just means it’s real expensive. But hey, if you got the money, spend it how you want.

Springs is a hamlet, they say. Never really understood what a hamlet is, sounds like a fancy word for a small town. But it’s part of East Hampton, that’s a nice place. Lots of trees, pretty scenery. Good place to live, if you can afford it.

So yeah, Springs East Hampton, it’s a place where people buy and sell houses. Big ones, small ones, expensive ones. If you’re lookin’ for a place, maybe you’ll find somethin’ there. Just gotta have deep pockets, it seems.
