They’re callin’ it somethin’ like, uh, “The Holiday Junkie.” Sounds like a Christmas movie to me. But I like that kind of shows, they make me feel all warm inside, especially when it’s cold outside.
This “I Know What You Did Last Summer,” it’s based on a book, they say. A book from way back, from the 70s. I don’t know about that. I read what I can, but sometimes it’s just too much for my old eyes. But that show, it was a big hit, a real moneymaker. These shows like I Know What You Did Last Summer, people like them, I guess.

They even got these little movie things, trailers they call ’em. It’s all very fancy. I remember when TV was simpler. Not better, just simpler.
In this show, there’s this girl, Margot, and she’s the killer. And she’s got a helper, Kyle. They do all sorts of bad things. Stabbing and whatnot. And there’s another girl, Allison, and she’s pretendin’ to be someone else, Lennon. It’s all very confusing. I don’t know why people do that, pretending to be someone else. Just be yourself, I say. It’s much easier.
This Margot, she’s doin’ all this to get back at Allison, to make her tell the truth. About what happened to Lennon, the one she loved. It’s all very sad, really. Love and death, that’s what it’s all about, ain’t it?
They made this show in 1997. That’s a long time ago. Got a bunch of stars in it. That Jennifer, and some others. Sarah Michelle Gellar, Ryan Phillippe, Freddie Prinze Jr. I don’t know who these people are, but they must be important if they’re in a big show like this.

This show, it didn’t last long. Just one season. They say it was because of a weak mystery and the characters weren’t written good. I don’t know about that. I just watch ’em, I don’t make ’em. But it is a shame, though. I like to see how things turn out. Maybe they’ll make another season, you never know.
