Okay, so today I was browsing the web, feeling a bit nostalgic, and I stumbled upon this “How well do you know Percy Jackson” quiz. Now, I’ve always considered myself a pretty big fan of the series. I mean, I’ve read all the books, like, multiple times, and I even watched the movies, even though, you know, they weren’t exactly… faithful adaptations. Anyway, I saw this quiz and I thought, “Hey, let’s see how much of a demigod-nerd I really am.”
So, I clicked on the quiz, ready to show off my knowledge. The first few questions were pretty easy, stuff like “Who is Percy’s father?” and “What’s the name of the camp for half-bloods?” I was breezing through them, feeling pretty confident. I even answered a few about the Heroes of Olympus series. You know, those are the follow-up books to the original Percy Jackson series.

- Who is Percy’s father?
- What is Percy’s fatal flaw?
- What’s the name of the camp for half-bloods?
But then, things started to get a bit trickier. They were asking about some really obscure details, like the names of minor characters or specific events from way back in the earlier books. Honestly, I started to second-guess myself a little. I mean, it’s been a while since I last dove into the books.
There was this one question, I think it was about, uh… the name of the ship Jason and the others sailed on. I knew it, I swear! It was on the tip of my tongue, but I just couldn’t quite grasp it. My brain totally froze on me!
Finally, I finished the quiz, my heart pounding a little. Did I do well? Was I a true fan? The results popped up, and… well, let’s just say it wasn’t exactly what I was hoping for. It told me that I know a decent amount, but I’m no “ultimate Percy Jackson expert.”
My Result
You are a demigod, but you still have much to learn about the world of Percy Jackson.
Honestly, I was a bit bummed, not gonna lie. I thought I knew more than that. But, you know what? It was actually kind of fun. It reminded me how much I loved those books, and it made me want to go back and re-read them all over again. Maybe then I can finally ace one of these quizzes! Or maybe, I should just accept that I enjoy the books without needing to be a walking encyclopedia of Percy Jackson trivia. Either way, it was a fun little trip down memory lane.
