Okay, so I’ve been wanting to check out Magnolia Avenue in Fort Worth for ages. Everyone’s always talking about how cool and hip it is, with all the restaurants and shops. So, this past Saturday, I finally decided to go for it.
First, I grabbed my camera – gotta document the adventure, right? Then I hopped in my car and drove over. Parking was a little tricky, I won’t lie. I ended up circling the block a couple of times before I found a spot a few streets over. No biggie, though, it gave me a chance to see some of the cute houses in the area.

Exploring the Shops
- First stop, I find some great vintage clothes!
- I hit up a few of the shops, there is a cool bookstore that I spent way too long in, browsing all the old books.
I was getting hungry. It was time to make a decision.
Food Time!
There are TONS of restaurants, which is awesome but also makes it hard to choose! I was wandering around, checking out menus, trying to decide between tacos, pizza, and some fancy-looking place with outdoor seating. Finally, I settled on this little Thai restaurant.
After lunch, I just strolled around some more, soaking up the vibe. I will definitely be back – maybe next time I’ll try that pizza place! Overall a good day!
