Gotta have somethin’ strong to keep ya goin’. They talk about health, wealth, relationships, and… and… mindset. Big words, but it ain’t that complicated.

- Health: This one’s easy. Means ya gotta take care of yerself. Eat good food, not just them sugary snacks the young’uns are always gobblin’ down. Move around a bit. Don’t be sittin’ on yer backside all day. Go for a walk, tend the garden, somethin’. And get some sleep! Can’t be runnin’ on empty, now can ya?
- Wealth: Now, this ain’t just about havin’ a pile of money. Though, that wouldn’t hurt none, would it? Nah, it’s about havin’ enough. Enough to put food on the table, keep a roof over yer head, and maybe a little extra for a treat now and then. Work hard, be smart with yer money, and don’t go spendin’ it all on foolishness.
- Relationships: This one’s important, real important. Ya gotta have folks around ya. Family, friends, neighbors. People ya can count on, people ya can laugh with, people ya can cry with. Treat ’em right, and they’ll treat ya right back. It’s all about respect and kindness, ya know?
- Mindset: This one’s a bit trickier. It’s about how ya think. Ya gotta be positive, even when things are tough. Ya gotta believe in yerself, even when nobody else does. And ya gotta keep learnin’, keep growin’, keep tryin’. Don’t let nothin’ hold ya back.
