Okay, so I’ve been needing a new bag for, like, forever. My old one was literally falling apart – the strap was fraying, the zipper was broken, and it had this weird coffee stain that just wouldn’t go away. It was time. I’ve always liked the look of Clarks shoes, so I thought I’d check out their bags and purses. Here’s how it went down:
Browsing Around
First, I just did a simple searching. Typed in “Clarks bags and purses” and got a bunch of options. I wanted to get a feel for the different styles they had.

I started looking at pictures. I saw some nice hobo bags, a few cute crossbody styles, and some larger tote bags that looked practical. I really liked this one leather bag I saw online, it seemed elegant.
Checking Details
I made a list of features, I wanted a bag that was big enough for my stuff – wallet, phone, keys, maybe a small notebook and a water bottle. I also definitely wanted something with a zipper closure, because I’m always paranoid about things falling out. And pockets! Lots of pockets, inside and out.
- Size: Big enough, but not too big.
- Closure: Zipper, definitely.
- Pockets: As many as possible!
- Material: Leather or something durable.
- Style: Something classic, not too trendy.
The Choice
After looking at many bags, I think a brown leather crossbody bag is great. It looked like it had a good-sized main compartment, plus a couple of smaller pockets on the outside. The strap looked adjustable, which is a must for me. The color in the pictures looked like a nice, rich brown, which is pretty much perfect.
Getting It Done
Finally, I decided to get it. I’m hoping it lives up to the pictures! It’s supposed to arrive next week, so I’ll update this when I actually get my hands on it. Wish me luck!
